What is different of diamond cutting wheels?
1, Sintered diamond saw blade: divided into cold pressing sintering and hot pressing sintering. For the saw blade market, the small saw blade below 180mm is mostly sintering process, which is mainly used for the processing of small stone materials in the later stage of stone engineering or family stone decoration
2, Welding diamond saw blade: there are two kinds of welding: high-frequency welding and laser welding. High-frequency welding will weld the cutter head and the substrate together through high-temperature molten medium, and laser welding will melt the contact edge between the cutter head and the substrate through high-temperature laser beam to form metallurgical bonding. The laser welding process is mostly used for the manufacture of concrete saw blade, and high frequency welding is used for the production of granite, marble and other stone saw blades.
3, Electroplated diamond saw blade: the powder of the cutting head is attached to the substrate by electroplating method. The characteristic of electroplated diamond cutting blade is very fast cutting speed. Mainly used for small material cutting, or high-grade stone small material, trimming.
