AUTO Speed Sensor Used DC Motor
Product Description Hall effect sensor can be used to sense the speed and position of a rotating motor.
The DC motor speed sensors are based on using the Hall element to sense the change influx in the air gap between a magnet and a notch in a rotating shaft. The main advantage of Hall effect speed sensors is that they are a non-contact sensor that is not limited by mechanical wear. The circuitry inside the sensor typically consists of a pulse counter to provide an output signal that can be directly connected to the motor controller.

Model: NOCO-SS-1020 Applied to: XQ series DC seperately excited motors (also widely used in other motor models) Operating temperature range: -50°C to +125°C Connector: 3-Pin waterproof type (other connector type is available) Wiring (example: DC SepEx Motor Controller Assemblage, Model: 1268-5403): Red wire: power + Black: power - Green: speed signal Installation hole size: Ø32 mm Installation position: rear end of motor (see example: XQ-3-4 DC Series motor or XQ-3-4T DC SepEx motor. Please pay attention to the difference of connectors.)
