Product Description:
This product is mainly used in urological surgery to cut the penis foreskin as a surgical instrument, which is a major leap in urological surgery. It makes the complicated circumcision operation simple, convenient, fast and safe, and at the same time solves the two major problems of edema and pain caused by the compression of the prepuce during the traditional circumcision operation.
Since the device is disposable, cross-infection during surgery is avoided. Therefore, the development of this product has good market prospects.

Product Features

Instruction
1. Use hemostatic forceps to clamp the ventral side of the foreskin(at the frenum) at the transition of the inner and outer plates. Use two to four hemostatic forceps to clamp other parts in order to lift the foreskin.
2. Secure the foreskin to the mover with a zip tie or silk thread. Put the instrument on, screw on and tighten the positioning adjustment nut to the end face of the pull rod,which is flush with the back of the knob or sightly protrudes.
3. Take out the safety buckle and press the handle,the foreskin is cut and sutured at the same time. Release the handle after 30 seconds.When the handle will not release by itself, it can be released by hand. When adjustment the nut,rotate it at 5-10mm.
4.The mover is pushed forward to loosen the cut part and observe whether it is completely cut.If there is any uncut,it can be trimmed with a blade or scissors. After cutting,directly use elastic bandage for compression dressing.After 30 minutes,loosen the elastic bandage,and cut the silicone rubber ring at the place withoout blood vessels.
Contraindication
*Foreskin and glans deformities (including those with extensively connected glans);
*Foreskin and glans infections. Edema;
*Suspected penile cancer;
*Patients with systemic diseases (such as bleeding tendency, hypoproteinemia, severe cardiovascular disease, etc.) contraindications to surgery.
