Eqobrush demostration
Chiller condensers/heat exchangers are often suffer from fouling and scaling, resulting in lower cooling efficiency and energy consumption increasing, Makes user has to face the extra expenses and work. Circulation water treatment Automatic tube brushing for heat exchanger
The fouling in the pipeline is a poor heat conductor. Compared with the good heat conduction of the copper pipeline, the thermal conductivity is more than 300 times; when the fouling is 1 mm, the heat transfer efficiency is reduced by 40%, and the additional power consumption is increased by more than 30%.
Manual chemical cleaning, downtime, time-consuming and laborious, seriously affecting production; chemical agent pollutes water quality; after cleaning, the unit is re-formed after 200 hours of operation, and waste is not stopped.
EQOBRUSH is automatic online cleaning. A set of brushes serves a tube with a forced brushing feature. 4-6 times a day, 20-30 seconds each time, the chiller can achieve high efficiency with low energy consumption; scaling no longer exists, not to say the chance to build-up. It does not require complicated downtime cleaning, no need to use chemical cleaning, and no need to worry about the pollution from chemical using.
Advantages of EQOBRUSH automatic online cleaning system
* Improve heat transfer efficiency, energy saving 10-30%
* Automatic online, 100% cleaning, no downtime required
* Reduce manual chemical cleaning, simplify maintenance and extend life of the chillers
* Various size for different chillers and pipeline situation, installation is free from the space limited.
