The Saimo F52 Mid Range Weigh Belt Feeder System offers accurate and reliable weighing solution for a wide of range of applications.
It is ideal for applications where the flow rate is between 1t/h and 450t/h and where belt loadings of 15kg to 260kg are required.
Options:
Open, semi closed or closed housing
Fully sealed enclosure with head hood and tail discharge chute
Self cleaning chain scraper conveyor
Drive motor style: coupler, chain transmission or shaft mount
Flow/no-flow detector, run off switches, safety pull switch and plugged chute detector
Features
Capacity range: 1t/h to 450t/h
Accurate to within ±0.5%, on approved applications
Belt width: 500mm, 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm
Endless corrugated edged rubber belt or other applicable belt
Weighbridge directly supported by dual load cells
Digital speed sensor, with direct coupling to the conveyor tail pulley
