1. How long is the battery life?
Using ER26500 batteries with a capacity of up to 9000 mAh and the frequency of reading meters once a day, the battery life can reach up to 8 years.
2. Waterproofing grade?
At present, the LoRa wireless water meter adopts the technology of full encapsulation and sealing. It uses the silicon gel packaging circuit board part, and the battery plug and socket is also sealed to reach the IP68 protection level.
3.Can your product run underwater?
This product can be soaked in water, but soaking in water will affect the stability of signal transmission, because the signal transmission in water will be greatly affected
4. Can you make Lora ultrasonic valve-controlled water meter?
No, because the built-in valve will have a greater impact on the stability of the ultrasonic measurement, the higher the frequency of the switch valve, the greater the impact on the accuracy of measurement.
5. If the valve cannot be closed or opened, how can it be found and handled?
If the valve is blocked by sand and gravel flowing into the pipeline, the program in the water meter will try to execute the action of the on-off valve within 40S.
If the valve can not be switched normally, the water meter will give up the instruction and return the failure data to theplatform.

Communication and serve platform
1.How many Lora water meter can be connetted into one concentrator?
At present, the maximum carrying capacity of one concentrator is
500 pieces.
Considering the actual installation density of the community, generally speaking, it will be much lower than this number.
2.What data can the platform collect from water meters?
At present, our platform can collect accumulative flow rate, battery voltage, upload time on the water meter, and ultrasonic LoRa can also collect instantaneous flow rate.
3. How about the transmission distance?
The distance of LoRa data transmission is mainly affected by the actual installation environment. In relatively spacious transmission environment, the transmission distance can reach 1000-1500 meters.
Generally speaking, the concentrator will be installed at the commanding heights of the community.
4.How do you know that the water meter is out of order and there is no data to return?
First, we can check the alarm function on the platform to see that the water meter has no data return, and then check the installation environment to see if there is obvious damage, and can use the initiative to trigger the water meter to be on-line way.
5. Is the platform free? Can it pay in advance?
It is free, and the administrator can pre-charge the amount of money
on the platform and set up user information files for each user
6. Warranty?
All meters will be guaranteed against defects in workmsnship and meterials for a period of one (1) year from the date of acceptance. Defective meters or parts discovered within this period shall be replaced without charge upon return to the S.H.Meters.
