1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the heart of the autoclaved aerated coagulation production, essential raw ingredients like sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste) are meticulously processed to perfection.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these invaluable raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section represents the core foundation of producing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the intricate steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. This includes manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section also serves as the pivotal centerpiece for manufacturing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Essential for fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for these concrete plates, it includes manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, carrying the billet body, is demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with its side plate, is meticulously positioned on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts bring the product to its final form.
Upon completion, the cut body is deftly handled by the ground turning table to effectively remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring maximum material efficiency.
Once waste is cleared, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body's preparation with precision.

5.Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are seamlessly transitioned into the autoclave via the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring consistent pressure maintenance for optimal curing.
Post-curing, the autoclave treated products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart and efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section.

6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed to perfection, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then transported to the storage yard with utmost care by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for their next journey.
