After annealing and softening treatment, the original structure of the rolled bar is F+C, which must be used after heat treatment.

S7 mold steel material supply status and factory hardness:
S7 die steel steel rod/steel plate/round steel/round rod/steel/material/material/module supply state is annealed, S7 factory hardness 200-225HBW
S7 die steel heat treatment hardness:
S7 die steel quenching temperature 850-880℃, oil cold or salt bath; Tempering temperature 550℃, heat treatment hardness of 54-58HRC
