Product Application1. Winder unit

2. Unwinder unit
Outside dual station unwinding turret, 360°inching positive and negative rotation. Each unwinding has two EPC.
Adopt with magnetic powder brake
Auto tension control

Auto splicing and cutting
3. Gluing part
Independent motor drive, frequency inverter controlling
Gluing with anilox roller(Diameter:160mm).
Anilox roller is shaftless installation which is convenient.
Pneumatic pressing rollers.
Pneumatic heave doctor blade, adjusted in 3 direction, controlled by dual cylinder, transmitted by independent synchronous motor.
4. Drying part
Electric heating.
Waste air exhausting tunnel.
3 pace intelligent temperature control, 3 pace independent constant hot air drying and recycled system, air circulation system.
Material length in the oven: 8000mm /9000mm/10000mm according to the machine size.
Pneumatic oven open and close
EPC at the oven exit ensures the material not moving left and right during speeding after heating.
5. Laminating part:
Independent motor drive, frequency inverter controlling.
The laminating rollers are heated by heat-guiding oil, making the heating even and constant.
Water cooling roller make the laminating more firm.
Floating roller adjust the tension.
6. Rewind part:
Outside dual station unwinding turret, 360°inching positive and negative rotation.
Rewinding is transmitted by two torque motor, it can buffer the film impacting, reduce waste, save time, improving efficiency during roll change under high speed
The horizontal adjustment of the material rolls are manual.
Automatic cutting and splicing device.
7. Frame
The wall board is made of high strength low stress combined alloy cast iron.
The main transmission adopts AC frequency control, gluing roller and hot drum adopts floating roller to control the tightness or looseness of the film.
Frequency motor power: Gluing inverter, lamination inverter.
