Pre-mixed Pot
The pre-mixing pot is divided into a "two-phase pot" of water pot and oil pot, equipped with heating and dispersion stirring functions. According to the customer's production process, the water phase material and the oil phase material can be dissolved, dispersed, heated and stirred separately to achieve the pretreatment effect.
Dispersion Disk
The rotating speed of the dispersing disk is one thousand four hundred revolutions per minute (variable frequency), and the heating method adopts interlayer electric heating, which can complete the pretreatment faster and more conveniently.
Hydraulic lifting system
The main pot lid is equipped with a hydraulic lifting system, which provides power by injecting hydraulic oil to drive the hydraulic rod to lift the pot lid. Once the hydraulic press is filled, it can be used for one to two months.

Stirring Box
The mixing bowl is equipped with a PTFE scraper frame and homogenizing head.
