Product Overview
The flat die granulator is mainly used for granulation processing in the organic fertilizer and aquaculture processing industries. The abrasive tool adopts a tapered inner hole, so that the linear speed of both ends is consistent with the inner and outer rings of the mold plate, and there is no dislocation friction between the wheel and the mold, which reduces resistance, reduces kinetic energy loss, and prolongs the service life of the mold. The equipment has high pelleting rate, high particle strength, low moisture content, and low drying energy consumption. It is widely used in animal husbandry, feed mills, various crop straws and domestic waste and other organic waste regranulation. It can be combined with a rounding machine to process cylindrical particles into spherical shapes.
Scope Of Application
Mainly suitable for coarse fiber granulation, such as: wood chips, rice husks, cotton stalks, cottonseed husks, weeds and other crop straws, domestic garbage, waste plastics and factory waste, granulation of materials with low bonding rate and difficult to shape, briquetting, and rod making, and can also be used for low-temperature granulation of biological bacterial fertilizers, organic fertilizers, and compound fertilizers.
