The Counter Pressure Autoclave is a small and medium-sized reverse pressure steaming equipment controlled by a microcomputer program. The sterilizer adopts electric heating, directly injects water into the sterilization chamber for heating, generates high-pressure steam required for sterilization, and sterilizes the items that need to be sterilized. After the sterilization is completed, the water pressure is quickly cooled for 3 minutes through external compressed air, and the items in the cylinder can drop to 30~40ºC. The sterilizer is equipped with program control and can perform two types of operations: boiling disinfection and rapid cooling pressure sterilization. The boiling range is set at ≤100ºC. The rapid cooling pressure sterilization range temperature is pre-selected within 105~134ºC; and it is equipped with heater overload protection and sterilization end buzzer alarm performance. It is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
This product is suitable for the disinfection and sterilization of food packaging, utensils, instruments and other items. It is especially suitable for food research units as an ideal equipment for sterility testing
Characteristics:
1. The immersion electric heating tube is used, which has the function of preventing dry burning. When the water level is lower than the specified water level line, the sterilizer automatically cuts off the heating power supply and sends out an alarm signal.
2. Equipped with a timer to automatically control the sterilization time.
This product is equipped with a safety valve, with steam overpressure 0.25MPa self-pressure relief, when the temperature exceeds 140ºC, the power supply automatically cuts off the double safety protection, water cut-off overheating protection, and current overload automatic cut-off safety interlock device protection, which is safe and reliable to use.
3. This product is suitable for disinfection and sterilization of food packaging, utensils, instruments and other items. It is especially suitable for food scientific research units to conduct sterility tests.
4. The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, easy maintenance and long service life.
