Rotary meshless filter have simple structure, convenient manitenance and relatively low price, but the filtering area is small. The way of feeding directly into the material is easy to cause deformation of the filter screen, so it is only suitable for granulation industry, for example, paper mill waste granulatoon, PP granulation industry, low-density PE granulation, EPS granulation, the design pressure capacity of these granulation are 12MP and the filtration mesh is generally less than 40 mesh, besidess, the granulation is higher than 40 mesh, which is recommended to use SH series.
It is a kind of plastic screen changer or filter which does not need to install a filter.
This kind of melt filter mainly used on the waste plasticNF recycling granulator, it is used as the coarse filter(the first step
of filtration), usually it is used combination with our other types hydraulic screen changer, such as the plate type hydraulic
screen changer, double piston screen changer and so on.
