Amazon CPC certification refers to the issuance of written Children's Product Certificate (CPC), which is simply referred to as Children's Product Certificate (CPC). CPC is applicable to all products mainly targeted at Children aged 12 and under, such as toys, cradles, Children's clothing, etc. In the case of local production in the United States, the manufacturer is responsible for supplying, in the case of production in other countries, the importer is responsible for supplying. In other words, cross-border sellers as "importers" who want to sell products made in Chinese factories to the US need to provide CPC certificates to Amazon as a retailer/distributor.

1. The CPC certificate must be based on the test results of a third-party testing laboratory approved by CPSC;
2. The seller issues the CPC certificate, and the third-party laboratory can provide assistance in drafting the CPC certificate;
3. Children's products must comply with all relevant safety rules and regulations;
4. Information to be included in CPC certificate:
① Product information (name and description);
(2) All applicable laws and regulations;
③ Manufacturer information: including name, address and telephone number;
(4) The production date and address of the product, the production date must be to the month and year, the address must be to the city;
⑤ Detection time and address
⑥ third-party testing agency information (CPSC accredited laboratory) : name, address, contact number;
5. Information required in the CPC certificate for normal export of children's products to the United States:
① Product information (name and description);
(2) All applicable laws and regulations;
(3) Information about the importer or manufacturer (in the United States) : including name, address and telephone number;
(4) Support certificate of the test results of the file holder's contact information: name, address, email address and telephone;
(5) The date and address of the production of the product, the date of production must be in the month and year, and the address must be in the city;
⑥ Test time and address or certificate based test report;
⑦ third-party testing agency information (CPSC approved laboratory) : name, address, contact number.

①CPSIA total lead and O-benzene;
② American Toy Standard ASTMF963;
Electric toys safety standard 16 CFR Part 1505;
Bell ringing toys require 16 CFR Part 1510;
⑤ nipple safety standard 16 CFR Part 1511;
⑥ Children's clothing, carpet combustion performance, such as 16 CFR Part 1610;
Child products: child buggies, cribs, fences, braces, safety seats, bicycle helmets and other product standards.
Recommended test items for common children's products:
1. The toy:
CPSIA total lead + O-benzene;
②ASTMF963 toy standard;
16 CFR Part 1501 widgets (for toys that have been covered by ASTMF963);
16 CFR Part 1510 bell rattle toy requirements (bell rattle toys are required, has been covered by ASTMF963);
16 CFR Part 1505 Safety standard for electric toys (requirements for electric toys)
2. Children's clothes:
CPSIA total lead + O-benzene
16 CFR Part 1501 small parts
③.16 CFR Part 1610 clothing textile combustion performance
16 CFR Part 1615 Children's pajamas combustion performance, size 0-6X (only for children's pajamas)
⑤.16 CFR Part 1616 Children's pajamas combustion performance, size 7-14X (only for children's pajamas)
3. The nipple:

4. Other children's products:
It is recommended to make CPSIA total lead + O-benzene or baby products: child buggies, cribs, fences, braces, safety seats, bicycle helmets and other product standards.
