It is driven by the servo motors, and achieve the goal of the final sealing of the insulated glasses. The servo motor provides the accurate sealing of the angles and assuring high operating speed. So that this automatic glass sealing machine can automatically seal double glasses, triple glasses, and structural glasses, such as step glasses, facade glasses etc with high speed and high quality.

3.Products Feature

SECTION ONE Full automatic sealing robot	Human-computer interface, succinct, adopts simplified thought designed operation interface, sealant output pressure and other parameters shown on screen in real-time, convenient to see and easy to operate. The machine frame is made by CNC processing center, spare parts processed with high standardization and could be interchanged, which improve convenience for maintenance and ensure long service life. Adopts memorial program, different glass parameters could be one key switched. Conveying wheels of backup plate are inlay-ed design, glass conveying is more stable. Touching screen with internet communication, long endurance and high speed.
SECTION TWO Full automatic sealing robot	Automatically finish linear sealing, easy and ensure long service life. Servo system adopts Japan Yasukawa, with stable performance, high operation speed and high precision sealant output. Available for sealing of single insulation and double insulation glass. Beautiful sealing surface, fulfilled without air line, corner fulfilled, four line surface is smooth no need corner repair. Double sealant supplying system, one key switch, could assemble two different kinds sealant. Automatic timing sealant exhausting function, avoid sealant concreting and blocking because of long time interval between two glass sheets sealing. Sealant mixing system adopts anti-blocking structure, easy washing.
Full automatic sealing robot Section 3	Electrical parts and cable are used imported brand, with long endurance. The machine is installed in assembly line, with high precision, ensuring stable working in long life. Glass supporters on conveyer belt adopt changeable V shape, it's convenient for maintenance with low cost. Compact design, heavier structure, less occupied space, machine is more stable. Synchronous conveying belt makes glass precise positioning. Analyzing from input-output ratio, it's more saving sealant, more economic, more beautiful and high efficient. Saving labor cost, suitable for glass deep processing factory.
