The machine tool auxiliary slide is mounted on the main slide. When the machine tool is in operation, the tool clamping device on the main and auxiliary slides simultaneously supports the front and rear shanks of the broach, ensuring that the broach is fixed during the working process and that the two ends are not displaced, and that the machined workpiece moves upwards with the main slide after self-centring on the table. The machine is fully escorted to ensure the accuracy and stability of the machined part. This machine is floor mounted.
The pull-up broaching machine is suitable for machining all types of internal gears, internal splines and geometrical bores. The machine is hydraulically driven, with stepless speed control via the man-machine interface, and can be operated in three modes: automatic cycle mode, semi-automatic segmentation and manual adjustment. The machine is equipped with an automatic tool adjustment function.
The pull-up broaching machine can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading devices (truss robot or articulated robot) to greatly reduce the operator's labour intensity and increase the quality and quantity of the parts processed.
The machine can also be equipped with a multi-station structure according to the actual needs of the customer. The range of options is determined by the actual calculated broaching forces.

How to operate horizontal broaching machine?
1. Lubricate according to the lubrication requirements before work to prevent grinding accidents.
2. Check whether the position of each operation handle is correct, and the stopper of each stroke limit must be firm.
3, start the oil pump, first pull rod air travel several times to exclude the air in the hydraulic system, and check whether the limit switch is good, the pressure gauge is normal, check whether the hydraulic pipe, oil pump oil, pull rod, screw, guide rail is brushed.
4, in the work of the tool must be firmly installed, loading and unloading tools, workpiece to prevent damage to the machine tool. According to the processing of the workpiece, adjust the working speed of the pillow and the position of the return and reverse collision and tighten it.
5, in the work of fast tool alignment, in the cutting process, the tool is not allowed to stop before withdrawing from the workpiece.
6, to prevent cutting, water and other debris into the motor hydraulic box.
7. After work, retract the pull rod back to the cylinder and remove the broach.
