Introduction of the production line: It is used in the production of PET and PLA sheets without pre-crystallization and drying system, and is suitable for the production of recycled materials. It has the characteristics of high output, low energy consumption and excellent plasticization. The screw is of modular design , has multiple combinations, and a wide range of applications. It is not only suitable for PLA biodegradable materials and starch-based degradable materials, but also suitable for PET production. The barrel is equipped with double vacuum exhaust to ensure full exhaust of water vapor. The extruder is equipped with a melt pump for quantitative and stable output, and set the pressure and speed closed-loop autocontrol. The whole line adopts PLC control to realize the autocontrol of parameter setting, data operation and feedback, alarm and other functions. Extruded sheet application fields:
Polylactic acid (PLA) is a new type of biodegradable material, made from starch raw materials , which is extracted from renewable plant resources (such as corn). Starch raw materials are saccharified to obtain glucose, which is then fermented by glucose and certain strains to produce high-purity lactic acid, and then a certain molecular weight polylactic acid is synthesized through chemical synthesis. It has good biodegradability, can be completely degraded by microorganisms in nature after use, and finally form carbon dioxide and water without polluting the environment. This is very beneficial to environmental protection and is recognized as an environmentally friendly material. Polylactic acid (PLA) has good mechanical and physical properties. Polylactic acid is suitable for various processing methods such as blowing and thermoplastic, and is easy to process and has a wide range of applications. Polylactic acid (PLA) has the best tensile strength and ductility ,it also can be suitable for various common processing, such as melt extrusion, injection, blowing, foaming and vacuum molding, its forming condition similar like the widely used polymers, in addition it also has the same printing performance as traditional films. Q2: What package do you use for the machine?
A2: Painted the machine with anti-corrosion oil, and then covered with plastic film, and then packed into wooden case or fixed onto wooden pallet as per clients' requirements, or shall be loaded into container with film packing. After fixed all machines, we will use drying agent to keep container inside dry.
Q3: Do you have instruction manual to guide us if i buy the machine?
