· The control system adopts digital communication, which makes the circuit simple, high reliability and low failure rate.
· The operating system includes Chinese and English human-computer interaction interface. The screen is clear, visualized, abundant information, real-time dynamic parameter display and operating instructions transmit the action instruction signal to the PLC through the software button in the human-computer interaction interface.
· The fault phenomenon that appears in the operation of the equipment can be automatically detected and alarmed (fault information).
· The system adopts PID process control mode, and the equipment can realize automatic adjustment of the constant tension for the diamond wire saw under the automatic control mode.
· This system can be operated with two-speed control system (high speed: 2.15m/min; low speed: 0-0.358m/min), which can meet all working conditions.
· In order to meet the demands of different customers, this product is equipped with high and low grade machine, users can choose the suitable products according to their own conditions.
