Product Description

Nature gas filter cartridge gas -liquid separator filter
Product Description
Introduction
Impurities in the process of gas pipeline transportation, air and pipeline mechanical impurities will affect the gas quality, some measuring voltage regulation on the damaged pipeline equipment, so before each receiver station or important equipment is equipped with gas filtration equipment, to ensure the safety of the downstream equipment (and sometimes may go through multistage filtering).Filter is the main component of the filtering equipment, so the selection of filter directly influence the effect of filtering, according to a specific attribute of the gas, selects the stainless steel wire mesh filter material, after folding wave structure to increase the filter's filtering area, ensure the good liquidity, when the gas through at the same time increase the carrying amount.High and low temperature resistant asbestos gaskets are used as sealing materials to ensure good sealing of some low temperature gases, such as compressed liquefied petroleum gas.The filter element should be cleaned or replaced in time according to the change of pressure difference.

Application
Gas filter is suitable for natural gas, the artificial coal gas and other corrosive gases, such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, propane, butane gas liquid and liquid-solid separation, gas pipeline and gas transmission pipeline is used QiZhan, pressure QiZhan, distribution station, at the end of the pigging station, station and various application fields necessary separation purification equipment components, dirt, and can effectively filter the pipe walls crumbling to pieces, to ensure the safe operation of gas transmission and gas equipment, pipeline and users of natural gas quality requirements.
Maintenance
The service life of the filter element is greatly affected by the cleanliness of the filter medium, and the maintenance of the filter element is also important. When the pressure difference between the two ends of the filter exceeds a certain value, the filter element needs to be cleaned or replaced.Clean in a clean environment to prevent secondary pollution.High pressure blowback can be used to clean, or water can be used to backwash but timely dry the filter elements to prevent the supporting framework from rusting. Before reinstalling the filter element, it is necessary to check the position and wear of the sealing ring. If there is any problem, it should be replaced in time.
