1. Efficient Servo Vibration
The machine employs a servo motor with a forced synchronous mechanism to achieve:
A. Output Increase:Featuring rapid dynamic response and a brief molding cycle, the QS series block machines deliver an 8% higher production rate compared to those using standard motors.
B. Maintenance Cost Reduction: Designed to handle significant load capacity, the servo motor is ideal for block production that requires instantaneous load fluctuations and rapid starts. Equipped with a cooling system, the servo motor remains reliable even in high-temperature conditions.

2. Automatic Mould Lifting Frame
The mould frame adjustment is facilitated by an automatic lifting frame and auxiliary positioning screw rod, allowing for quick and easy mould changes.
3. Enhanced Material Hopper
Driven by a reducer, the opening and closing of the material hopper door are stabilized and accelerated, thus boosting production efficiency.

7. Versatile Block Production
With interchangeable moulds, one machine can produce various types of blocks and bricks, such as hollow blocks, paving bricks (with or without face color), solid bricks, curbstones, and slope protection bricks.
8. Advanced Material Feeding Device:
To accommodate different block production requirements, a variety of material feeding carts are available, including 360° rotary and quick swing shaft feeding carts.
