Roots vacuum pump is a kind of positive displacement vacuum pump, also known as mechanical booster pump, is one of the main pumping equipment to obtain medium and high vacuum, is the use of two figure-8 rotors in the pump body driven by the gear for reverse synchronous high-speed rotation, to complete the suction and exhaust, as shown in the figure.

Main Feature

· Large pumping rate over a wide pressure range. Like an "accelerator" acting on the front pump to increase its pumping speed and limit vacuum. · There is no friction in the running parts of the pump, no need for lubrication, no oil in the pump chamber, and clean vacuum can be obtained.
· The gas in the pump chamber flows vertically, which is conducive to the removal of dust and condensate in the pumped gas. · Fully symmetrical and finely balanced rotors operate smoothly and reliably.
· Prevent oil leakage and emulsification -- Use of shaft extension mechanical seal and composite seal structure design. · Low vibration and noise.
