1. Double acting double speed dough mixer adopts high-performancemicrocomputer control technology, full-automatic program setting,convenient operation, with belt tensioning system, easy disassembly beltand convenient maintenance.
2. lt adopts original imported accessories (the whole machine usesAmerican gates and Japanese Samsung belts) for wear resistance, and isequipped with overload and phase loss protection functions. The doughmixer adopts 304 stainless steel barrel, which is formed by precisioncasting.
3. The double motor design realizes double action and double speedoperation, with fast speed, arbitrary conversion of forward and reverserotation, with inching function. The gap between the dough hook and thecylinder bottom is only 2-3mm, which does not stick to the bottom,shortens the mixing time, makes the dough more elastic, expands thegluten better, makes the dough more absorbent and tastes better.
