It is made of high-quality ductile iron cast, the wheel ,bearing and sealing parts all used import brand ,ensured the overall smooth operation of the machine and the service life of components . Using imported TCT circular saw blades, cutting speed fast with high precision and long service life .
CNC System:
Using PLC for automatic control , the whole process CNC control . The HMI operation is easy and convenient .
Lubrication Cooling System :
Adopting the advanced MQL saw blade spray-mist lubrication technology helps to improve cutting accuracy and surface quality, save energy,protect the environment, reduce costs, and extend the service life of saw blades.
AC Servo Feeding System :
Adopting the advanced AC servo motor with high precision ball screws for feeding the blade and material .
One-Piece Casting Foundation :
The machine foundation is high-strength casting material with high rigidity, shock resistance, little deformation, and outstanding shock absorption.
Chain-type Chip Conveyor :
The use of a chain plate automatic chip conveyor effectively prevents debris adhesion, increases chip removal capacity, and maintains internal cleanliness of the equipment. The equipment can automatically protect itself in case of overload, avoiding equipment damage and improving equipment service life.
