The aluminum plain sheet for making bottle cap is mill finish. It has two types: DOS oil coated aluminum sheet and common aluminum sheet. It is applicable to various caps of wine, beverage, pharmaceutical bottles, cosmetics like PP or ROPP caps.
DOS (dioctyl sebacate) is the English abbreviation of dioctyl sebacate and is an ester. It is used for rust prevention, lubrication and stamping improvement of raw materials for food packaging containers.
These oils have good lubricity, high flash point, long storage time without deterioration, and have NSF or FAD certified 3H or H1 grades, meeting the "FDA 21 CFR 178.3910 (a) light oil content requirements."
Haomei Aluminum adopts the method of electrostatic coating of DOS oil without the use of diluent, reducing production cost. Therefore, we can supply you DOS lubricated aluminum sheet with a better price.
1.Which kind of aluminium bottle cap material do you have?
