PX500D Automatic Winding machine is updated from PX500C model, it's our newest model for manufacturing spiral wound gasket form 1/2" to 12". Although it can produce maximum diameter up to 500mm, but recommend to produce up to 10" or 12". For bigger size, we suggest you choose our horizontal winding machine. On base of PX500C model, PX500D has updated many main parts like PLC, touch screen, servo driver, and welding control parts, the program is also updated. PX500D has improved a lot in production speed, machine steadiness, welding quality, and gasket finish. PX500D is the most popular and important machine for spiral wound gasket manufacturing.
