4. Weight deviation of biscuit: single-color biscuit ± 4% (one weighs every 5 cakes); double-color biscuit ± 5% (every 5 cakes weighs);
Three-color cake base ± 6% (one weighs every 5 cakes)
5. Production speed: determined according to the furnace length and baking time of the production line
6. Energy requirements: determined according to customer needs (generally 380V/50Hz) total power: about 23KW.

Features:
1. Servo motors are used for the meshing and lifting of grooved rollers, material pumps and pinch-off components
Drive, independent motor control, frequency conversion speed regulation
2. Parameters such as feeding speed and extrusion speed are controlled by touch screen, easy to operate
3. The fixing of the material pump components adopts the clamping method of worm gear and worm, which can be quickly realized by simply rotating the handwheel. The clamping or loosening of the material pump assembly is convenient for disassembly, cleaning and replacement
4. The stuffing runner assembly is clamped by an eccentric wheel, which can be quickly clamped or loosened, and is easy to take out and clean
