Product Description DLH Planetary Dispersing Power Mixer integrates the functions of a planetary mixer and a powerful disperser. The dispersing shaft and stirring paddle rotate clockwise, and the high-speed dispersing shaft rotates clockwise. At the same time, they all rotate clockwise with the planetary box. It has variable frequency speed regulation to make the materials do complex mixing movement, subject to strong shearing, kneading and dispersion, the inner wall of the kettle is equipped with automatic wall scraping and bottom scraping devices to scrape off the materials adhered to the kettle wall to achieve efficient mixing without dead spots. The equipment can be used in chemical industry, food , energy, viscose, electronic appliances, fluorosilicone, cosmetics, daily chemicals and other industries, mixing and stirring liquid-liquid phase, solid-liquid phase, paste, powder-paste materials.
This machine consists of base, beams, columns, sealing cover, kettle body, lifting system, transmission system, electronic control, and hydraulic system.
