2) Tensile Requirements:
Gr. A: Tensile strength Min. 47Ksi; Yield Strength Min. 26Ksi, Elongation: 35%.
Gr. C: Tensile strength Min. 60Ksi; Yield Strength Min. 37Ksi, Elongation: 30%.
Gr. D: Tensile strength Min. 70Ksi; Yield Strength Min. 40Ksi, Elongation: 30%.
3) Manufacture Method: Electric-Resistance Welding;
4) Surface treatment: ASTM A178 & ASTM A450-Temporary Coating, Special Coating, Galvanized, immersion oil, lacquer, passivation, phosphating, etc; Or Oil-dip paint black with two plastic caps on each end
5) Quality Test: ASTM A450-Chemical Component Analysis, Mechanical Properties(Ultimate tensile strength, Yield strength, Elongation), Technics Properties(Flattening Test, Flaring Test, Bending Test, Hardness Test, Blow Test, etc), Exterior Size Inspection, Nondestructive electric Test, Hydrostatic Test, magnetic particle testing;
6) Packing: Hexagonal bundles with several steel strips, Wrapped in waterproof paper, PVC sleeve, and sackcloth with several steel strips or packed in heavy tri-wall boxes, wooden boxes, wooden slats as requires;
7) Applications: Boiler and Heat Exchanger(Wal panel, economizer, reheater, superheater and steam pipeline of boilers), Hydraulic and Petrochemical Purpose, etc.
