Flexographic ink printer sewage treatmeant system
Ink is mainly used for books and periodicals, impurities, corrugated cartons and other packaging printing, ink in the application process will produce a certain amount of waste water, in addition, printing equipment in the replacement of ink when you need to clean the machine, also will produce waste water.
Characteristics of ink wastewater:
1,High chromaticity. Water ink wastewater is not easy to separate and fade
2,High COD value. A large number of experiments have proved that the COD values of ink and wastewater are all 15000mg/L.
3,Refractory biodegradation. Ink wastewater concentration high and high tinting strength, water complex composition.

3,The diaphragm pump is made of engineering plastics and has strong corrosion resistance.
4,The machine frame adopts injection molding once, and the filter cloth (150-B) has good filtration effect and long service life.
5,Hydraulic filter press plus Jack pressure, practical!
6,The water inlet and outlet pipes and valves are made of high quality plastic material.
7,1--2 tons per day (8 hours) can be treated with sewage.
