The old sand falls on the high-speed rotating regeneration disc through the quantitative device, and is thrown to the surrounding wear-resistant rings under the action of centrifugal force. Due to the collision and friction between the sand particles, the wear-resistant ring and the sand particles, the adhesive film on the surface of the sand particles is removed, and the regenerated sand falls from the wear-resistant ring and the regeneration disc. At the same time, the fan on the same axis as the regeneration plate blows upwards, forming a strong airflow to boil the falling sand, air separation, and remove the adhesive film and dust, so as to obtain the regenerated sand that meets the process requirements. After the old sand treatment, the content of dead clay is low, the amount of new sand added is small, the wet pressing strength of the mixed molding sand is high, and the fluidity and gas properties are good.
