Double screw cone mixer for powder mixing is used to mix powder, granules, crystallized particles, pellets and agglomeration or caking, also mixing with spraying liquids.
Double screw mixer machine is applied in requirement of gentle mixing and no-leftover discharge.
Double screw mixing machine is also suitable for intermediate storage of temporary blending.
2. Working Principle and Features:
Suspending arm of double screw cone mixer has two blending screws which are of different length and diameter. Suspending arm does revolution and the two asymmetric screws make self rotation at the same time, which makes the powdery materials elevated up and down and also does circular movement. So materials can be mixed completely and evenly under four kinds of movements.
Double screw mixing machine is characterized by gentle, high accurate mixing, good homogeneity and no damage to product.

3. Blending structures of Double Screw Cone Mixer:
Double screw type, ribbon type and paddle type are mainly used.
4. Liquid spray system, Heating and cooling jacket:
Double Screw Cone Mixer can also be equipped with liquid spraying device and heating or cooling jacket.
5. Discharging method:
There are many discharging ways for customers to choose: manual plum blossom dislocation valve, pneumatic butterfly valve, spherical valve, ball valve, etc.
