The strength of the frame structure is enhanced, and the key parts are inspected and accepted by Nondestructive scar test, so the structure strength is higher and the operation is more reliable.
The automatic control system provides users with manual control, automatic load, automatic discharge port and automatic double discharge port. High degree of visualization, reducing the user's difficulty in operation.
The positive pressure dust control system makes the pressure inside the crushing chamber always higher than the external pressure, which effectively prevents the dust or other fine particles from entering the crushing chamber , polluting lubricating oil and destroying the bearing.
Integrated design of hydraulic station and lubricating station, saving installation space;The hydraulic system adopts high pressure design to meet the demand of ordinary pressure, and the equipment has a high surplus of pressure during operation, which improves the reliability of the hydraulic system.
