Driven by the directly-connected reducer, 2 paddle shafts rotate reversely to make paddle move fast. The rotating paddle generates centrifugal force during high speed rotation, spilling the material to the upper part in the barrel, then material falling down (the vertex of material is in a so-called instant non-gravity state). Driven by the blades, material is mixed back and forth to make it evenly.
If the material is large, the mixer can add shear blades, then the big material can be broken up, scattered, obtained satisfactory mixing effect via the shear blades in a relatively time. Technical data of BSL grain mixer machine:
