It is assembled from four drip pans and a perforated bottom plate. Assembling is simple and effortless, which can greatly save transportation costs. ,Our company carefully selects rivets for fixing the assembly components of our blinds, which can be made of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy, nylon, etc. The size and style can be customized. FRP drip pans are commonly used at the top of cooling towers to evenly spray the water that needs to be cooled onto the packing. It is also used for large potted plants and small household vegetable gardens, serving as flower pots or vegetable pots.
Production process
FRP Pultrusion production is a continous production process to produce fiberglass reinforcedpolymer proflesof any length and contstant section.Reinforce-ment fibers may be roving,con.tinous mat,woven robing,carbonor others. The fibers are impregnated with polymer matrix(resin,minerals,pigments,additives) and passedthrough a pre-foming station that producesthe stratifcation necessary to give the profle the desiredproperties.After the pre-formingstep,the resin-impregnated fibers are pulled through a heated die topolymerize the resin.

If you already have your own design drawings, it will take up to 15 working days for our company to make the mold based on your design drawings and produce the first sample; If you do not have your own design drawings, our company can provide you with a maximum of 2 working days for the first drawing and a maximum of 25 working days for the first sample according to your requirements
