1,Conditions of use and usage of edM forming machine tools
Edm forming machine is used to process the workpiece in a certain medium by the electroerosion of the pulse discharge between the tool electrode and the workpiece electrode.Its primary condition: one is metal conductive body or semi-conductive body, two often used for the processing of the main blind hole this is the difference between electric spark forming machine and electric spark wire cutting machine
Edm can process various materials with high melting point, high hardness, high strength, high purity and high toughness, and its processing mechanism is completely different from the cutting method, which has the following characteristics:
1.1.1, pulse discharge energy density is high, easy to process with ordinary machining methods difficult to process or processing of special materials and complex shape of the workpiece.It is not affected by material hardness and thermal treatment.
1.1.2, the duration of pulse discharge is very short, the heat conduction and diffusion range generated by discharge is small, and the range of material affected by heat is small.
1.1.3, during processing, the tool electrode and workpiece material do not contact, the macroscopic force between the two is very small.The tool electrode material does not need to be harder than the workpiece material, so the tool electrode is easy to manufacture.
1.1.4, can reform the workpiece structure, simplify processing technology, improve the service life of the workpiece, reduce the labor intensity of workers

A : T/T or L/C ,30% initial payment when order ,70% balance payment before shipment ;Irrevocable LC at sight .
