3kv 6kv 10kv Yr/Yrkk560-6/8 900 Kw 1200 HP Motor for Rolling Mill

Product Description

Product Description Product Name: YRKK Series YR/YRKK560-6/8 900 kW 1200 HP Motor for Rolling Mill.
YRKK series 3 phase slip ring induction motor is the latest product developed by our company. It has reasonable structure, advanced technology, high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, small vibration, reliable operation, convenient installation and maintenance, etc.
The power level, installation size and electrical performance of this series of motors are in line with the national standard GB755-2008 "Rating and Performance of Rotating Electric Machines", the machinery industry standard JB/T10315.2 and related IEC standards.
The basic installation method of the motor is horizontal with feet (IMB3), and the working system is continuous working system (S1).
YRKK series high voltage asynchronous electric motor adopts a box-type structure, and the frame is welded by steel plates. It is light in weight and strong in rigidity. A closed air-to-air cooler is installed on the top of the motor, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly, and is convenient for maintenance and repair of the motor. The stator adopts a pressfit structure, and the stator is wound. It adopts F-class insulating material and has reliable fixed binding at the end. During the manufacturing process, it has undergone multiple inter-turn pulse voltage tests and ground-to-ground withstand voltage tests and is treated with imported foreign advanced vacuum pressure.
YR/YRKK/YRKS series 3 phase wound rotor slip ring induction motor can be used to drive various machines, such as fans, compressors, crushers, cutting machine tools, transportation machinery and other equipment, and can be used in various industrial and mining enterprises such as mines, machinery industry, petrochemical industry, generator factory, etc. As a prime mover, it is used to drive blowers, coal mills, rolling mills, hoists, and electric motors. The purpose and technical requirements of the electric motor should be indicated at the time of delivery. The special design is used to ensure reliable operation.
