Greenlandplast Double Stage Noodle Cutting Pelletizing Machine This plastic pelletizing machine is designed for the recycling and granulating/pelletizing of clean and dry waste plastic. It can handle various types and properties of materials, including PE, PP, ABS, PS, PC, PA, PVC, and more.
Equipped with different feeding and cutting methods, this machine can also be used for pelletizing film scraps materials. By installing a forced feeding system, it ensures efficient pelletizing of film scraps.
The machine features a screw feeder or belt conveyor for feeding recycled plastic to the extrusion system. The specially designed screw allows for fast and stable feeding, with excellent wear resistance. The natural exhaust holes and vacuum system effectively drain water from the material.
The extruder is equipped with a cast aluminum or ceramic heater, ensuring durability. Additionally, an automatic hydraulic screen changing system is included, resulting in cleaner and higher quality particles.

Extrusion System
The screw barrel of the extruder is specially designed for plastic recycling pelletizing. It is made of 38CrMoAl material with nitrided treatment, and the surface of the screw is sprayed with an alloy wear-resistant layer. The barrel is equipped with an exhaust section.
The extruder is equipped with a vacuum exhaust, ensuring high output, excellent dehydration and exhaust effect, and wear resistance.
The heating system adopts either a cast aluminum heater or a ceramic heater. Each heating zone has an independent intelligent temperature control system and is equipped with forced air cooling. This allows for convenient and accurate temperature control, resulting in superior pellet quality.
