In order to remove the water and other chemicals adsorbed by the crucible, otherwise water vapor will be generated during smelting and pouring due to the presence of water, resulting in the formation of pores. The newly built furnace usually needs to be dried for several days or weeks, otherwise the water and chemically combined hydrogen contained in the refractory cannot be released, resulting in the formation of pores during smelting.
Crucible furnace combustion system has many supporting models and specifications, which are not limited by production scale, batch size and variety of smelting materials. It can be selected arbitrarily, has strong applicability, and can ensure the purity of the melted materials. Due to the above excellent properties, graphite crucible furnace is widely used in the smelting of alloy tool steel and the smelting of non-ferrous metals and their alloys in metallurgy, casting, machinery, chemical industry and other industrial departments.
