The turret milling machine, often referred to as the rocker arm milling machine, offers unparalleled versatility. This compact machine combines a small footprint with high flexibility. The milling head rotates 90 degrees in both directions and 45 degrees front and back. Its rocker arm extends and rotates 360 degrees horizontally, significantly expanding the machine's effective working range.
Construction
Crafted from premium-grade cast iron, the body of the universal radial milling machine boasts exceptional precision and longevity, thanks to artificial aging treatment. The lifting platform features rectangular guide rails with extensive contact surfaces and rigid feet. Enhanced through high-frequency treatment and fine grinding, the slide's plastination ensures superior motion accuracy and extended life. The spindle, made from chrome-molybdenum alloy and equipped with precision angular contact bearings, undergoes tempering and fine grinding, delivering robust cutting force and high precision.
