Main Machines For the line
Belt conveyor
Choose from both light and heavy-duty belt conveyors featuring a durable gear box motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. An optional metal detector can be installed on the belt conveyor for enhanced safety.
Shredder For large raw materials such as big plastic drums, tanks, Lumps, and die head materials, our shredder provides effective preliminary grinding. Post initial crushing, the material moves to a secondary crusher for finer crushing, ultimately achieving material sizes less than 12mm. This size is ideal for thorough cleaning. YILI offers a diverse range of shredders with various capacities and functions tailored to customer needs.
Crusher
Our crusher breaks down materials into smaller sizes, utilizing water to clean and cool blades during the process. This module converts large materials into manageable pieces, enhancing washing results and facilitating easy packaging of the final product.
Frication Washer The frication washer, operating at high speed with water, effectively removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-washing, materials proceed to the floating tank for further cleaning.
Floating tank
Effectively separate sediments and metals within materials using this module. It features washing wheels with diverse designs to meet specific washing functions, speed managed by inverter control, and a bottom magnetic valve for timely dirt discharge. Constructed from stainless steel for robust performance.
Centrifugal Dryer Our horizontal-type centrifugal dryer delivers high-performance drying of plastic flakes with minimal energy use. Equipped with a self-cleaning grid mesh triggered by a timer, it ensures comprehensive washing and drying in one efficient process.
