Treatment process:
1. Put the diseased and dead livestock and poultry into the wetting frame, and then push it into the chemical machine through the trolley.
2. The steam generated by the electric heating steam generator enters the chemical machine for high-temperature and high-pressure chemical treatment. According to the type and quantity of treatment, high-temperature and high-pressure treatment is carried out for 240-480 minutes (the temperature is 160-190°C, and the pressure is 0.8-1.2Mpa) for the treated objects.
3. Oil-water separation: After achieving the wetting effect, open the exhaust valve according to the process procedure to discharge the remaining gas into the deodorizer. After the exhaust valve is closed, discharge the oil-water mixture into the oil-water separation equipment for physical separation and refining. The oil can be used as industrial oil, and the water can enter the sewage treatment plant for treatment.
4. Material transportation after treatment: Open the pot door, pull out the frame containing bone meal after the chemical treatment is completed, and place the bone meal in a ventilated place for air drying, which can be used as the raw material for organic fertilizer.
The wetting machine adopts high-temperature and high-pressure technology and is designed based on the principle that microorganisms are difficult to survive under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions (temperature 160-190°C. Pressure 0.8-1.2MPa). The index is ≥ log6 standard. Using high-pressure saturated steam, it directly contacts with animal tissues. When the steam encounters animals and condenses into water, a large amount of heat energy is released, which can melt the grease and solidify the protein. At the same time, with the help of high temperature and high pressure, the pathogens are completely killed.
