The handheld 3D scanner is lightweight, weighing 372 grams, and can be operated with one hand, ensuring fatigue-free operation even during long scanning projects.
Equipped with a non-slip surface and a detachable neck strap, it offers flexibility and safety.
The combination of a blue line laser and structured infrared light allows for the detection of objects of any size! The CR-Scan Raptor easily detects objects ranging from 5 x 5 x 5 mm to 2000 x 2000 x 2000 mm, including small figures, bolts, faces, human bodies, car parts and more.
The powerful CR-Scan Raptor scanner scans 7 parallel blue laser lines. To ensure clear, sharp edges and precise detail, each individual laser line is kept ultra-thin (up to 0.1 mm). This ensures excellent metrology accuracy of up to 0.02 mm.
Advanced temperature compensation algorithms improve temperature stability and ensure maximum accuracy.
The high-performance design allows both near and far 3D scanning and provides high stability at high and low temperatures. This is achieved through the use of a 20mm lens with deep depth of field, a low distortion lens (< 5‰ distortion), a 9-lens glass lens, and a metal barrel and lens mount.
Structured infrared light for scanning without marking or spray scanning.
The CR-Scan Raptor uses 3D images with scatter mapping for fast data collection without marking, even on detailed parts and complex workpieces.
Cars, car parts, tires and other ferrous objects and metal parts can be scanned without problems, even without the use of scanning sprays.
The circular arrangement of the LED texture lights provides more realistic scanning results. The blue light provides additional light to scan the laser lines, while the white light increases the brightness of the color textures.
With blue laser scanning speeds of up to 60 frames per second and near infrared scanning speeds of up to 20 frames per second, high-resolution scans with the finest detail can be captured in a single flash.
Face and body modes feature unique facial image algorithms to capture even more detail. With the CR-Scan Raptor, the entire body can be scanned in as little as 2 minutes.
24-bit full color scanning with 12 circular textured LEDs for realistic color reproduction.
Intuitive buttons for easy operation and a ring indicator for real-time scanning status.
