1.35-degree slant bed design achieves high-speed, high-gloss, and high-efficiency production while ensuring smooth chip removal.
2.An extra-large X-axis with 720mm travel and Z-axis with 260mm travel facilitates tool arrangement and allows for turret and powered head installations.
3.The integrated cast-formed bed ensures machine stability and precision after assembly, housing an independent spindle unit.
4.Optional installations include: side/end power heads, side 2/3/4 with Y-axis power heads, 2+2/3+3/4+4 with Y-axis power heads.
5.Specialized in new energy, specifically for processing: extremely polished surfaces, energy storage terminals, battery pole connectors, and similar parts.
6.Upgraded simple lathe-mill compound allows the installation of up to 48 square products with flying cutter discs, enabling 4-axis coordinated movement.
7.Top-mounted bull-head style 3-axis mechanical arm for fast material retrieval, quick material changeovers, strong stability, and space-saving advantages.
