4.Custom connector
Step:
(1) Customer send the drawing or sample to ZYSZ.
(2) Engineer department estimate the cost base on customer' drawing.
(3) Quote for customer and discuss details
(4) Confirm PI and get payment, about 30~35days ship sample to customer for qualified.
(5) Aafter confirm samples, start production mass.
5.Quality standard
Inspect goods 100% before pack. all products with 12months guarantee quality.
6.Packing and Shipping
~Packing: Standard tray,Tube,Roll and Bag. if special package requiremtnes acceptable.
~Shipping:
If customer have forwarder angent in China, we can send goods to their warehouse.
If customer want to ship by OWN express account, that is ok.
If you need we ship , we have express for choose,like DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex, EMS, ARAMEX, SF, other service acceptable
7.Delivery time:
Small order delivered within 5-9 days, bulk order depending on the actual situation,ususally 10-20days. when the holiday is coming, we will inform customer delivery time.

Our engineering department works with the most advanced CAD software to design not only connectors, but custom products as well. They also design our injection molds and progressive stamping dies. Continual research is in progress regarding new materials and techniques. ZYSZ uses high quality Toshiba injection molding machines. Our molding capabilities include connections, but our flexible mold design allows us to mold almost any small component in a variety of materials that inlcude Nylon, PBT, PPS, and LCP.
