The p80 series miniature explosion-proof pressure sensors produced by SensStar and a domestic research institute are used in many research fields, such as aircraft and engine test, fluid mechanics and hydraulic test, water turbine and underwater weapon test, chemical explosion or nuclear explosion shock wave, etc. Because of the consideration of not changing the measured flow field or the limitation of the placement position, when the in-situ pressure measurement is necessary, there are often more stringent requirements for the miniaturization of the overall size of the sensor, in order to reproduce the change law of the dynamic flow field without disturbing the flow field state. Nvp80 micro pressure sensor is made of integrated pressure and resistance sensor by micromachining technology with micro design, which is finely and ingeniously packaged, and its outer diameter is usually less than 0 Φ 3mm to Φ 12mm, length no more than 30mm, and can be customized according to the shape and size required by users.
