Pre milling	Gluing
Using 2 pcs of wear-resisting diamond cutters, work on the waved effect that is caused by precise panel saw. Ensure the edges of panel are good for banding	Hot melt adhesive is added through the glue pot, and the spiral structure is adopted to feed the adhesive, so that the sheet material and the sealing material can be coated evenly.

End cutting	Rough trimming
Adopt normal high matching technology structure, through precise linear guide movement, adopt automatic tracking by mould and fast cutting structure of high frequency and high speed motor, ensure smooth cutting surface.	Two motors,motor can manually adjust the Angle, (0-5 °);equipped with independent vacuum hood. Eliminate the redundant tape in the top and bottom sides of board

Scraping	Buffing
It is used to eliminate the wavy marks caused by the cutting process of trimming non-linear motion, so that the upper and lower parts of the plate are more smooth and neat. At the same time, the size of the arc angle can be adjusted to make the sealing effect more perfect.	Clean the finished boards with a cotton polishing wheel. Remove excess glue and smooth the end face of sealing edge by polishing.

Our machines are almost assembled before loading in container. It is very easy for installation in your workshop. Video guidance and English manual can be provided freely. Engineers can be sent to service in site if the buyer request. all cost in buyer's account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and Insurance cost, hotel and eating in buyer country is responsible by buyer, extra labor salary USD200/day.
2. Where can we get replacement parts?
Most of the spare parts are in stock. They will be sent directly from our warehouse with original prices.
3. How long can we get replacement parts?
Common spare parts can be delivered by express within one week. Some parts can be purchased locally.
