CHP and VCS series catalyst are the high-performance catalysts are the vanadium & cesium catalysts
used for the oxidation of sulfur dioxide to sulfuric acid.
Our unique production process makes the diatomite (the carrier) maintain a complete structure (not
be damaged), and thereby the active components can disperse into the earth's micropores uniformly,
and the pore sizes are also thus distributed in a wider range.
With the imported diatomite as the carrier, our CHP and VCS catalysts own a more brilliant
porosity and larger surface area, making them has a better performance in activity, bulk density and
pressure drop.
All those unique features (including a special production process and active components, and
excellent imported carrier etc) provide our finished products with a longer service life and a longer
screening cycle, and a less screening loss. Under the normal operation conditions, the catalyst’s service
life is 8 to 15 years, the screening cycle is 2 to 5 years, and the screening loss is 5~10%.
Our CHP and VCS series catalysts can be used in sulfuric acid plants with various of raw materials,
capacities and processes, help the users to solve the increasingly strict environmental issues (SO2
emissions) and which can ensure a stable and long-term operation of sulfuric acid plants.
