Factory Direct 2400tex Fiberglass Yarn Fiberglass Assembled Roving SMC Fiber Glass Roving Introduction Direct Roving is coated with a silane-based sizing and compatible with unsaturated resin, vinyl resin, and epoxy resin. It is
designed for filament winding, pultrusion, and weaving applications.
Direct Roving is suitable for use in pipes, pressure vessels, gratings, and profiles, and the woven roving converted from it is
used in boats and chemical storage tanks. Direct rovings are used to pultrusion, filament Winding, texturizing process and produce woven rovings and scrims.
Direct rovings are compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic, epoxy resins.

Packaging:
C-Glass direct rovings can be packed in a small cardboard box or on pallets. The average package weight is 15.6kg.
In case of palletizing, each package is wrapped with a shrinking plastic film. Each pallet contains three or four layers with 16 packages per layer(totally 48 or 64 per pallet). All pallets are stretch wrapped or strapped. The way of splicing depends on customer request.
Storage:
Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and rain-proof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15°C-35°Cand 35%-65% respectively. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than two layers hign. When the pallets are stacked in 2 layers, care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
