Machine description:
Automatic overturning type bottle washing machine is mainly used for glass bottle, polyester bottle washing, suitable for alcohol, beverage, brewing and other manufacturers in the full automatic washing before filling. Its capacity is 3500-12000bottles/h, available for users to choose. The whole machine is equipped with circumferential turning bottle structure washing, electric control components and automatic turning bottle clamps, with automatic clamping positioning bottle mouth washing function, beautiful and durable overall.
Features:
1.The machine adopts flexible and strong mechanical hand to grasp bottle, turn over bottle, wash bottle, control bottle, turn over and reset, take out bottle and so on, realize automatic production.
2. The principle of tilting pressure valve is high efficient and the washing effect is stable and reliable. No bottle, no rinse, save water.
3. It adopts delta frequency converter to adjust the speed, the bottle-flushing speed can be controlled freely, and the current production speed can be displayed digitally.
4. The overturning manipulator developed by introducing foreign advanced technology has the advantages of accurate positioning of grasping bottle and easy turning movement. Flushometer adopts the middle plunger guide shaft lip seal ring, good sealing performance, long service life, big bottle punch on neutral.
