Crushers with special structure design allow to add water in crushing process for the first step of friction washing;the water helps to reduce temperature inside the chamber of crusher and blade wearing,and most importantly,to reduce the amount of fine powder loss.
Reasonable process configuration can effectively ensure the removal of impurities and the continuity of the process,and at the same time,create the better condition for subsequent hot flotation.
Based on 20 years of experience in PET bottle recycling and crusher manufactur, we advance in the direction of low failure rate through mechanical structure design, material selection and manufacturing process technology.
Angle of cutting beyween rotary blade and fixed blade increases the efficiency of crushing and assure the moving direction of materials in the crushing room,reduce the friction and mechanical impact of the materials to the crusher chamber.
The strength of the shaft in the process of material choosing and heat treatment with special designed ,so that the shaft will not break. Crushing blade ,using special processing equipment to weld high wear-resistance steel and carbon steel, extends the service life of blade and decrease production cost while keeping the stability of productive quality. The design of blade adjustment frame to make it easier for exchanging blades.

Crushing Section
Crushing unit grind PET bottles into flakes by relative mechanical motion of blades. BoReTech grinder adopts the wet crushing which achieves the washing effect through water added; on one hand, it can reduce the temperature due to generated friction and reduce the abrasion of the blades too; and moreover, it reduces the loss of the powder. BoReTech also provide sound-proof solution to protect operation labor from noise damage.

Q:What about packaging and transshipment?
A: It depends on capacity and equipment selection. For example, the line with 3 ton/h input capacity, there will be 15x40'HQ containers from China, and 1x40'HQ container from Taiwan. The crusher and crusher blade are made in Taiwan with excellent quality. For some special case, if the client requests the batch type bottle prewashing machine, we will need one flat rack for loading that.
Q:What is the delivery of the line?
A: 3~4 months after receipt of the down payment and L/C.
Q: How far is your factory from Shanghai?
A: It takes 1~1.5 hours from Shanghai airport to Boretech according to traffic situation.
